pubg2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the pubg2 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

These terms take effect from the date of your account registration. Last updated: 2026.

Acceptance of Terms & Platform Eligibility

By registering an account or using any part of the pubg2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform. Use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required under Malaysian law.

The pubg2 platform is intended for users accessing from Malaysia. If you access the platform from another region where such services may be restricted or prohibited, you bear full responsibility for complying with your local laws.

Pubg2 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate access without providing a reason, particularly where there is indication that the information submitted is false or incomplete.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the pubg2 platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, as well as the forfeiture of any related balances or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. pubg2 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to safeguard that information.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full name, date of birth, and valid bank account details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and rejection of withdrawal requests.

Users are prohibited from sharing accounts, using another person's account, or allowing any third party to access their account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
  • Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised means
  • Using illegally obtained funds for any transaction
  • Disrupting or damaging the platform's technical infrastructure

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All financial transactions on the pubg2 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include transfers via local internet banking (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and standard bank transfers.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits set within the platform at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and VIP membership tier. Check your account dashboard for the current applicable limits.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your pubg2 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed. pubg2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.

Any bonus or promotional credit credited to your account may be subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in the details of each promotional offer. pubg2 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to read the relevant terms.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or payment, pubg2 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your account balance accordingly, with or without prior notice.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Pubg2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or requests from relevant authorities.

In the event of an account suspension, access to funds in the account may be placed on hold while an investigation is conducted. If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, pubg2 reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with the offending activity.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawal requests have been processed. Once the account is closed, all account data will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

If your account has been suspended and you believe this was done in error, you may contact our customer support team with relevant supporting evidence. pubg2 will review your case within a reasonable timeframe and inform you of the outcome.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.

Without limiting the above, pubg2 is specifically not liable for any financial losses incurred during gameplay, losses resulting from internet service disruptions, or losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

Intellectual Property

Third-Party Links

The pubg2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. pubg2 does not control the content of those websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or conduct. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Pubg2 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the pubg2 platform shall be resolved through the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
